This includes: 2 Security, 3 Bartenders, beer cups, shot glasses, pop, ice, Coffee, cream, sugar, cups, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco Sauce, orange juice, cranberry juice, clamato juice, club soda , tonic water ,lemons and limes and set-up.
A $250.00 deposit is required at date of booking, with this being returned 2 weeks after the function provided everything is fine with the hall.

Covering of tables ( if used covering for 42 tables; including silent auction & greeting table would be required)

Food & liquor can be delivered anytime throughout the day of the function; however due to gym schedules, the booking party may only access the gym for decorating at 3:00pm. Coffee urn is available for use.
