Social Hall Rental Fee: $1,980.00 (taxes included)

Capacity 347 people


This includes: 2 Security, 3 Bartenders, beer cups, shot glasses, Pepsi products, ice,  coffee, cream, sugar, cups, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco Sauce, orange juice, cranberry juice, clamato juice, club soda, tonic water, limes, celery and set-up.

 

​A $250.00 deposit is required at date of booking, with this being returned 2 weeks after the function provided everything is fine with the hall.

 

Access to the hall facility will be available at 12:00pm on the same day of your event.

 

​Additional Information

The following are the responsibility of the renter:

  • Any food & service of food

  • Warming trays, utensils, platters, dishes, etc.

  • Liquor license & liquor​

  • Silent auction prizes

  • Decorating

  • Covering of tables ( if used covering for 42 tables; including silent auction & greeting table would be required)

  • Cash boxes

  • Music service
