*NOTE: Glenwood Community Centre reserves the right to close the facility AT ANY TIME IF CIRCUMSTANCES REQUIRE with the approval of the Facility Administrator or Arena Manager. 

Aside from the above, Glenwood Community Centre will close within operating hours should the following scenarios occur:

    • Safety issues (fire, danger to patrons, mechanical failure, toxic fumes, water damage etc.)
    • Weather issues (extreme snowfall that prevents staff from attending, flooding, electrical            storm, ice storm or any extreme risk posed to staff members)
    • Incidents (assault, health issue, accidents, vehicular accidents, vandalism, etc.)
    • Police or Fire Department request
