This class is perfect for seniors, someone who has never tried Yoga before, or who has just started practicing. We will work on building strength, flexibility, and balance as we move our bodies and focus on our breath. Demonstration of poses and verbal cues will allow you to learn how to safely move in and out of the Yoga poses and how to find proper alignment. Yoga props and modifications are also offered to ensure everyone can access poses at their own level. Just show up on your mat and do your best. Pre-Registration is required – class size is limited.

Starting October 20th, Peg Family Fitness will be offering two fitness classes on Wednesday mornings. Our classes are fast paced and fun. Each class includes cardio drills, strength training, pre/postnatal specific core exercises, and flexibility.
9:45am is our Babes & Biceps Stroller Bootcamp. This class is for moms or other caregivers who have already eased back into fitness after baby and are ready to kick things up a notch!
11am is our Giggle & Sweat Stroller Fitness class. This class is perfect for moms easing back into fitness after baby or for prenatal moms.
Everyone is welcome. All fitness levels are welcome!
