Gym for Sport Rental - 4,200 sq feet (60’ x 70’ feet), $35/hr (taxes inc), maximum 50 people

Ideal for practices

 

Murdoch Room - 480 sq feet (20’ x 24’ feet), $30/hr (taxes inc), 4 hour minimum rental time, capacity 40 people

Ideal for showers, small birthday celebrations
Includes:  microwave, fridge and sink

 

John Tyler Room - 800 sq feet (20’ x 40’ feet), $35/hr (taxes inc), 4 hour minimum rental time, capacity 45 people

Ideal for showers, small birthday celebrations

Includes:  kitchenette

 

Youth Room - 260 sq feet (10’ x 26’ feet), $20/hr (taxes inc), capacity 20 people

Ideal for meetings

Includes:  tables and chairs

 

Boardroom - 300 sq feet, $20/hr (taxes inc), capacity 15 people

Includes:  microwave, fridge and sink

Gym/Kitchen for Party/Event Rental - 4,200 sq feet (60' x 70' feet)

  • $50/hr (taxes inc), 3 hour minimum rental time, maximum 50 people

  • $100/hr (taxes inc.), 4 hour minimum rental time, 51-100 people

  • $150/hr (taxes inc), 4 hour minimum rental time, 101-200 people

Ideal for birthday parties and showers

Includes:  sports equipment (sport nets, basketballs, volleyballs, badminton rackets, floor hockey sticks, etc.), tables and chairs

Birthday Party Add-On Options

  • 1 Hot dog, 1 choice of drink (juice box, bottle water or can of pop) and 1 small bag of chips - $5/person

  • Please note that the hot dogs will be prepared by our staff and include condiments and napkins, plates are not included

 

Social Hall (gymnasium and Murdoch room combined) - 4,680 sq feet, $1,850 (taxes inc), capacity 347 people

Ideal for larger events such as socials and weddings

*If liquor is being served at the event, a Glenwood Community Centre bartender is required at an additional cost

**Glenwood Community Centre will take care of the set up and take down (chairs, tables), however you will be responsible to stack the chairs, take the garbage out and wipe down the tables at the end of your event.

***Rental time includes your time for set up and take down of decorations
